Ok so can someone explain to me why we end up fighting like this ghost of the enemy team and even if you beat them it doesn't affect anything at all? I had a game where we were playing top 3 and the rounds between 6-7 I was fighting the number one spot's team but nothing would happen when I'd beat them. Is this just supposed to be some filler battle while the others duke it out? Even if that was the case neither of their hps went down either so I don't think that's the case. One detail I noticed when this happened was that their little legend would not show up nor would there be a portal.

dont forget if you lose for some reason you lose hp vs a dead man. #logic

it's a filler battle. whenever there is an odd number of teams one of the teams gets duplicated and that team fights the odd man out. it doesn't take damage because it wouldn't be fair if that player lost twice.
