early game item rng is too strong

there is no natural order to item powerspikes, its just pure rng a game should never be decided by the first carousel and yet a good item start will make it to the top 3 this is because having 3 good items is better than any unit in the game especially in the early/mid game it will carry you all the way to 50 gold you can afford better units while other people waste their gold early to not fall behind
