Sometimes Blitz doesn't pull an enemy at the start of a match

His mana goes to zero and he just walks to one of the close enemies. Seems like a bug.

yea thats a bug. Robots start with full mana each round.

Not if you're fighting a ghost.

Ghost matches don't have any bonuses applied to them, so for instance robot bonus wouldn't start with full Mana.
