Bugged MMR?

after a game i normaly check my enemies ranks to see why i lost the amount of points i lost. i just got 5th in TFT and lost 6 Lp, nothing special i thought, just unlucky and then i checked my enemies.... 6 of them are platin 4 and the other dude gold 1. At this point i was gold 2, just dropped out of gold 1, with 75 points. BEFORE that i already climbed to gold 1 and dropped to gold 2, so this happend twice. therefore i have to guess that my mmr should be around low gold 1 to high gold 2, at least that's how the system should have worked right? i am sure not all of those 6 platin players got a mmr around that, otherwise they should already have dropped out of plat! I dont mind the 6 points i lost, but i want fair matches with people around my mmr. not just 6 platin dudes stomping over some gold dude.

be glad you can even get gold 1. It's rigged so that even in platinum you lose twice as many as you gain (first place=19-20 points, 8th place is -40-41 points). It's designed so that everyone is supposed to be bronze or iron, the more games you play the lower your rank will get (the 8 players have a net zero in low bronze, by silver it's already -35ish points across the 8 players, meaning if you had the same 8 people for 3 games the total rank would drop by one). But MMR is kind of pointless in a game that is 80% luck. Luck of what cards you are given, and happening to pick the ones that you will get more of and not getting it all changed every 2 refreshes so you can never get the same ones you started building
