In Game Descriptions

Across the board I would like to know information about what is happening in this game.

Specifically I would love to know if champions use spell damage or attack damage. Or what exactly is considered casting a spell. I would like to better understand how exactly the champions work so I can make better team comp and itemization choices.

And please tell me what disarming does among other ambiguous item descriptions.
