I'm sorry but this is super annoying

I just had a game where I was gonna make my Rengar a blademaster he was lvl 2 and the only rengar I had, he was also going to be my 6th blademaster as well for being my hyper carry and I put tear on him instead of recurve bow I'm sure most of you have dealt with this at least once It's really annoying but can we please have a chance to remove an item during the planning session just for that round you put the item on them because these little mistakes screw me over
