Should the reward system for TFT be changed? :POLL

HOT TAKE: I don't think you should get Blue Essence for playing TFT.

As a new comer to League of Legends {LoL}, I Think this is a brilliant way to get new players to engage in the main game types. This reward system doesn't directly benefit players that have come in to try out a new game (game-mode), but it encourages new players to try the other game modes available thus creating longevity for the game as a whole. I have played Smite, Paragon, Battleborn and Paladins, but never LoL. I have always felt intimidated by well established MOBAs such as smite and LoL because of the massive learning curve that comes with starting new in a long existing game with dozens of characters (champions) to learn. Although the RNG factor allows for a lot of chance and luck for this game mode, it helps to understand the dynamics of the main game (which champions work well together, what items to equip, etc.). This allows new players to feel more comfortable and knowledgeable before jumping right into a highly competitive game.

In conclusion, I strongly disagree with the linked post. It may make sense to veterans of LoL, but I can see the reasoning behind the reward system from a business perspective.

Also, I love the "Please keep it civil in the replies. If you can't then don't read/reply." It's a public forum, you will have people that disagree with you. If you disagree, please let me know why you disagree. I'd like another perspective on this from veteran players (or newer players) who think that the reward system should be changed.
