its time to nerf Urgot

I think Urgot is quite unfair in these few patch. His W can Spam After level 9 with maxed W skill level. I think it makes the champion become unfair. It cut back the challenge on that champion. So please fix his W. And Please decrease the slowless of Nasus's W. Its really dumb because it slow the champion for 70-80%. I do really appreciate that to you guys for reading my discussion.
