Why Riot give me four players that don't know how to play the game in my promotion. The team is so trash and feeding all the time.

First, wrong forum place. Go to LoL section.
Second, never blame on your mates. Your team has nothing to do with your promotion/demotion or your rank score. Every player deserve his rank place.
Luck/bad luck is balanced over couple of games.
Your contribution to win the game is 20%. Makes these 20% to worth, this means to play with no mistake and you will see the progress.
