Response times & accuracy of mouse click concerning "last second" champion changes

Has anyone noticed the response is a little bit slow when selecting a champion and re-placing it on a tile? it seem's the placement "hit box" is really small making for a non-smooth transition. A lot of re-clicks.

It is hard to explain, and I will capture with video, however, it does not feel smooth. Especially when attempting to make a quick change right before the timer ends.

Side note:

Have tried 3 (mice) thinking that may be the problem.

Hope this makes sense, any thoughts?
