@Riot Feedback and Possible Solutions
First off, I'm not here to say X champ is broken or is weak. Numbers are easy to fix and imbalances are fine in champs. Also, RNG is fun! It sadly can also make things very noncompetitive, if pivoting isn't an option. I hope to suggest ways to remove the luck based power and shift it into resource management.
The Good:

Champions - Most champions feel great to play!

Traits - Collecting feels good and rewarding.

Ui - Quite easy to understand. I didn't have to think about it at all.

Shared Drafts - A comeback mechanic as you can shop for items or that one champ you need.
The Bad:

Feels almost impossible to get tier 3 sometimes or tier 2 for some - I and many others probably have spent 10+ rerolls trying to find that last champ for tier three and not getting it. Solution: An expensive buy! (drag and drop). Drag character to the button to get a tier 1 champ. 1 star champ could cost 10-15 gold. (2-3 Rounds) 2 star champ could cost 20-35 gold. Ui

Items that don't work in comp at all - Can't sell them. Equipping them feels almost useless. Solution: Drag and drop re-roll option. The more you re-roll an item to the same tier item. Should not repeat same item. First Reroll = 3 gold, Second = 5 gold, Third = 8 gold...

Is there a champ pool? I have played games where I get X champ no one is building selected champ. I still don't get champ after 10+ rerolls. Solution: Champ Pool Screen. Simply Press P or some other button. An overlay comes up and shows how many champions are currently in the pool and what is in the pool. This allows losing teams to see that pirates and knights are not being picked up.

Can't layout a battle plan. - It would be nice to allow positioning to face your enemy. Solution: Put who u are facing above the counter. ( Possible to buy info for 1 gold by clicking to reveal ) Ui

Looking at your enemies - I have to click through each player to see what they are building can be difficult. With slower computers it can be brutal to change fields. Solution: Press Tab to see a screen similar to the end game screen.

Some people just have more items - I feel like my odds of winning go to 10% chancing when i get 1 item and i see someone else get 3-4. Solution: Buy Items!

Laning phase - I get maybe 1 item and feel like I should just surrender. Solution: Minions should drop a gold if no item is provided. This will allow for more re -rolls, champs, or buying simple items, or start stacking gold. Allowing each player to have strengths from laning phase

P V E phase - Simliar problem to laning phase. Solution: lvl 2 krugs be worth 2 gold each if no item is provided. Chickens - worth 3 gold each.
