Please allow the skins you own in regular league to be applied to the champion model in TFT, feel like this would be a nice addition to this awesome new game mode. Make it happen Riot*[sg-lux]*
(PS: There can be like a skin section in the TFT tab where you choose which skin you wanna put on that champion, if you have multiple)

Makarakarn1 votesThe reason they can't do this is due to the way skins in league work. I'm not going to go into huge tech details, but to put it simply, each skin takes up a certain amount of data. In a normal game, there's only 10 skins loaded, hence why league can be ran on pretty much anything. However in TFT, there could be a stupid number of skins loaded at one time, making it unplayable for certain people.

Yes, a skin is a model swap. It's taking the regular data a champion uses for visuals and instead using different data. However, the point here has nothing to do with that. If everyone has their own skins for their own champions, then everyone is going to have to have that loaded in when they play.
