PBE and TFT

Simply put, I only get on league to play TFT. Some of my friends think I should play on PBE, because I would enjoy it more and Balance games for a living. But for some reason I need honour 3 to do so, could you please tell me what is honour, how do you gain it, and why it is needed.

I honestly do not believe that TFT is ready for a Ranked Queue in its current state.
