TFT unplayable for players who bind Attack Move to left mouse button

As a League player who plays with AM bound to their LMB, I cannot play TFT because the camera is bound to the movements of my avatar. as soon as I click on anything, my camera moves away from what I need to see. It makes it impossible to manage my comp in the limited time I have.

I either need a separate ini file or key binding assignment for TFT or something.
