TFT, The Time Between Rounds

I find often there is too much time between rounds at the start. And, late game you don't have enough time. Situations where I want to roll, re position put items on units and that's not even taking into account that I haven'e even scouted yet. I end up losing a lot of games just because of this and I think it would make for a very simple fix.

I feel like this would make more a more enjoyable, less stressful experience for everyone.

I would really like to know if I'm the only one feeling this way.
