My lowest FPS on old GTX1060 3GB was never below than 190fps

Before Pre-Season Patch (9.22) lowest FPS on 5700xt was 90fps On Pre-Season Patch (9.23) lowest FPS on 5700xt was 75fps (even worse with Ocean drake effect on map)

Is there anything I can do more than hoping that new version of adrenaline driver will fix this ? The fps swing is really annoying. Can't even play with that issue.

Did you have any tricks to solve this, also have a 5700xt and league in particular still runs horrible. Frame drops constantly, high frame time spikes.
