About in-game bug

I just had a game and there were lots of bugs occurred. I played Jinx and I cannot see my ult but I did kill an enemy by it. Then Akali's W is not a ring ora cricle anymore. It became separated clouds and spread to everywhere. Akali still can get invisible though.
