The Battle Timer is Too Short

Title.

There are a ton of effects that slow the round down like Guardian Angel, Glacial Freeze, Sejuani's Ult, etc which only serve to benefit the person already ahead in life total when they timeout a round. I think it's detrimental because it seems like a win more mechanic when sometimes the round could go 5-10 seconds longer and have a different outcome.

Personally, I have now lost 2 games building a strong comp at the end using my life as a resource to build interest only to lose to a round timeout. Maybe I'm strategizing wrong, but I feel like even just 5-10 more seconds per round would be a benefit to all players on average.
