Can we please not get spatula items from Dragon/Shelly
Specifically the "user is also a..." ones
Because there are few things more useless than getting, say, a Blade of the Ruined King when you're going Wild/shapeshifter

There are times when a spatula item is extremely useful though. Even if you aren't going assassins, a bork when going wild/shapeshifters can be useful for getting to their backline.
Ever seen an assassin swain? It's actually disgusting.
40% attackspeed on a wild unit is pretty nice tho... Yuumi gives u double mana from autos, which is okay on every single mana champ. Not to mention 40% extra dmg.

And then you'll be completely fine if the game spits out a Shrink Ray when you're running Knights Sorcs or something similar?
As long as the items are random on that round, it really doesn't matter whether spatula items are locked or not. By that phase you need luck to get a useful item anyway, and frankly if you think Blade of the Ruined King is the worst thing you could roll you're sorely mistaken. It's no Guinsoo's or Rapidfire but having 2x AS even without Blademasters means you can get a key ultimate off and have the option to transition. AS = Mana regen.
Meanwhile there's RNG proc items that are meant for Ranger/Slinger teams that you could roll, or AP items when you're running said AS based team. As long as you have RNG in the mix you're going to get junk items some games.
imo the should just split into the 2 core after you beat the drake, making you actually have a chance in round were everyone get a non trait item while you have, for exemple, the glacial one with 0 glacial on your team
