NERF hextech's buff plz

I played really hard on auto chess for more than 100 hours, and now my rank is gold III. hextech's buff ruinned the game experiences and break the balance too much, bceause 8 sec silence the items which I played more than 30 mins to combine them and eventually turn them into workless. 8 sec silence is enough for the enemy to take the game. moreover, many players chose jinx as gunslinger especially when jinx wear King of the edge broken which means she also a blade master, socerers could not even any time to gather their mana for abilities when the game end. It's unfair!!!!!!!!
