Item-luck is too heavy and nobles still a bit too strong

Played a couple of rounds with a bunch of different teams today, kinda sucked with them, never came close to a win. Then I got a round where I got items over items (even combined ones) from every minion-round and decided to go for the nerfed nobles. In the end I haven't lost once, finished the match with 100hp.

Sure, a lil bit of luck is fine and its also normal that there are combinations which are better then others but wtf, 8combined items at round 6-2 might be a bit much. Also kinda awkward, that not even hextech had a chance if I put all the nobles in a line.
