Ranked Banner Unlock Request - Because TFT Players Like Pretty Banners Too!

Just adding in my funny remarks here...(or not so funny, I have bad dad jokes for days).

So we have more and more coming out of the beta for TFT, and thank you for ranked, love'n it...so can you do something with the ranked border because yeah it's still locked even with us getting all these cool TFT ranks and well we TFT fans like our pretty banners too.

I mean I haven't seen my Pegasus-Unicorn emblem or banner as well while I'm making requests and all.
