What do you think if RIOT re-sell 2019 event prestige skins without borders? (At the end of the year, 100 Prestige Point) I want to hear a wide spectrum of opinions.

I don't know why but I can only create discussion in TFT...

Those skins should be available and complete and prestige points should not expire. Artificial rarity is created for the benefit of the companies, not for the players.
