The items part is stupid. But the 3 stars thing is reasonably obtainable cuz he prolly rerolled every round up to level 6 without spending anything on xp (common gs strat rn). Those are all 1 and 2 cost units he has 3 stars of.

The game is mostly skill.. he went slingers with I assume on hit items and rocked everyone.
You don't need to be first to win, top 4 is all you need, yeah he rocked but that didn't mean you couldn't get top 4.
If this game was only RNG then how are people climbing Elo? They just too lucky every game?
How was scarra in masters then on another account he is going to masters again? He's just THAT lucky every game??
Not to be rude but typically the people who make these kind of posts are just bad at the game and refuse to believe it's them, so they need to blame it on an outside force that's making them lose, like rng.
Your decisions matter in the game, you can literally get the worst RNG and win a top 4 spot...

If he got the four max from the start 1 from carousal, 1 from gromp (max), 1 from carousal, 2 from wolves (max), 1 from carousal, and 2 from chickens (max), 1 from carousal He would still only have 13 items pre-dragon.
On top of that his comp is garbage (Gunslinger pirate and only 7 champs should get torched by yordle sorcs), the fact that you didn't win was positioning and item choices not his RNG.
