Leaver Buster System

Hello Just a player playing this game for 9 whole years I have never read or write one of these but i decided to do it today So i am playing tft ranked games cause i like this mode I am currently plat2 64 lp so i havent played 2 games as you can tell I noticed that for a game i finished second i did not get any lp at all This has happened before but i wasnt sure if i remember correctly But now its 1000000% sure SO i decided to ask riot what happened and if its my fault They replied immediately saying some reason why it could happen And i found mine You see here in greece we have CRAP servers and CRAP internet and i have problems from time to time So today that game i never got lp for i disconnected 2 times NO MORE than 10 seconds I didnt even miss a fight or something And riot says i triggered the leaver buster system So i ask riot again : i noticed that i havent gained lp from a game i finished second Reported it and you answered me the reason why it could happen And its true that i have been disconnecting NOT INTENTIONALLY for NO MORE than 10 seconds and instantly reconnecting ( maybe cause the greek servers or my internet is crap) I asked one of your experts but they never answered so i write it here : You say you have a leaver buster system Which first of all doesnt even work good 9 whole years i play this game But i get it . Its difficult BUT

1. you say i will NOT get LP on a FREE FOR ALL game that even if i go afk i ONLY HARM myself?!!!!
2. you say you CANT do nothing about it?!!
3. How is it possible to NOT BAN guys that are afk for 30 WHOLE mins on a mode that you NEED your team and on a game mode that you are alone and get dced for literally no more than 10 seconds max you will get a penalty for it?!!! So what am i supposed to do?? change country??? Nothing makes sense I am waiting like 3 hours and no replies not in a discussion not in my ticket i submitted I want to hear your thoughts Do you agree with this policy?? Should we get penalized on a free game mode? Should we get penalized for <> the game for 10 seconds? And how do they know if i am there anyway?? i maybe taking a shit on my toilet Sorry for the long reading :(
