TFT Rank Suggestion

I personally don't think rank should have been added to this RNG Based game mode but oh well things happen anyways here is my suggestion

Remove Deranking divisions, It's silly how we can derank from having bad luck.

Let's say you just got gold and you got a few bad luck games. I personally would be tilted. but anyways what do I know I'm a newb in TFT.
