tft glitched af

i was in a game doing well after making a comeback i had 4 items i was holding till after raptors i beat the raptors it gives me 2 items from the and glitches out the 4 items i had saved up just disappeared until after i died fix ur glitched buggy bs. Either that or someone somehow hacked my items off the battlefield because it didnt show them again until after i died.
