Let us use the stupid amount of gold we get from RNG in a item shop

The minute we're allowed to pick our items is the minute you'll see the exact same items every single game.
Furthermore, it will turn into a meta where everyone waits to buy items until the last few rounds, because if you buy items early -- someone can just go buy the item that counters it. Whoever buys items first loses.
Also, people will start hoarding gold from the first few rounds of the game because item power > champion power, and if you can just horde 200 gold and survive until the mid-late game, you can just try to 3-star literally any two champions it doesn't even matter, and then just load them up with the optimal OP items and boom you win.
Item shop is a horrible idea.
