Is Blitz against the rules?

Blitz is a "third party application" that helps with play on summoners rift. Giving build suggestions, what abilities to rank first, etc. Recently they added TFT to their application. It adds an overlay in game for items and roll rates on champion pool. I've searched and haven't seen too much about it (probably because the feature is fairly new). Anyways, bit of a stupid question, but I was curious if this sort of thing was allowed considering one reportable offense is listed as (cheating) "unapproved third party programs".

I don't believe so, as all of the information (as far as I'm aware) is just pulled from u.gg, op.gg, etc. It doesn't do anything that you couldn't do yourself by just alt tabbing with a web browser open.

If it's giving live draw chance for different champions in tft though, I'd definitely be weary of using it.

I'd send in a ticket to ask.. That way, if something would happen due to it, you talked to a rioter first and got the ok/not ok.. That's what I did when I used overwolf league add on. I don't anymore due to all the ads and stuff.
