No, The first part of the pass ended on the 29th. The second part will begin in patch 9.16 so you had plenty of notice as it was posted in an announcement when it would end.

Lol as if there's a candidate that is worth voting for. The system is a ruin and it won't fix itself internally. Waiting for it to finally break is the status quo, though. So the people are still complacent. Which is why there's a Trump in office and not a Martin Luther King or Einstein or any paragon of humanity. Failing to demand the best from our leadership and system of governance is why things are getting so close to a breaking point. It's how every revolution in human history has begun.
