NERF full ap ludens akali in TFT

This is taking over TFT everyone and their mom is building it plz its ruining the game.

bypasses DRAGON!!! so theres no counter play.

I had a full team with all tier 3 and the other player just had tier 1 and tier 2 and still beat me every round no problem his akali would just proc ludens and one shot my entire team.........

fix this please
