Unknown Direct X error

keep getting this same error

graphic card is up to date

display set to recommended resolution

repaired the client

reinstalled direct x and Microsoft .net framework

reinstalled my graphics drivers

erased the game.cfg file

erased the config folder

repaired the game client again

rebooted multiple times

Edit1: Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT Driver Version 19.7.2

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor

Same issue here - just upgraded to driver version 19.7.2 earlier today and that's when it started. Running on a 5700 XT 50th Anniversary Edition.

same problem with my directx error. Same card same drivers as u guysmy is AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT by powercolor

Also 5700 with latest drivers. I posted the issue on reddit, I don't think anyone here will be able to help...
