PBE Connection problem while in

Hi I've been in the PBE 2 times after waiting a queue for +10hours and when I'm in it tells me to type my name (it's a new account) and then it stats loading. Then I get a "connection" problem and it says failed to reconnect. The only option is to exit next. Is this a joke or only "famous" people can get in?
