Wanted to put this out there in case it has not been mentioned before. Does anyone know from a programming standpoint how difficult it would be for RIOT to allow players to customize the skins of the champions they are using in their team comp while playing TFT? I was thinking it could be comething along the lines of being able to select from a list of skins that the players currently owns for each champion in a pre-game setting so as to minimize clutter and complication of the UI in game.

It could even be something similar to the Emotes Menu, where you can just go through all of the TFT champions, realize that you own Project Vayne and want to see that skin in your TFT games since you PROBABLY spent money on it(Easy way for RIOT to boost skin sales), and if you end up playing Vayne in future games she will RESKIN to the selected skin once you grab her from the store/carousel.

I have almost 10 years worth of skins on my account that I would like to continue to use(not playing much summoners rift anymore)

I wonder then what RIOT is planning on adding or supplementing to allow TFT to be a self sustainable game. I don't buy into the idea that a champion is only a Pirate/Noble etc. due to their skin. Flavor-wise it makes enough sense but if they want to say graves is a pirate simply because they want him to be a pirate for balancing purposes then that's all that is needed.

I am just curious how RIOT plans or expects to make a significant enough return on it's investment in creating this game mode. They have brought on a massive surge of new players but that doesn't mean anything if they are not earning anything off of those new players. I am in high gold/low plat currently for TFT and it seems like half the individuals in my games are on level 1 accounts with the little ghostling still set as their icon.

Are they just planning on ONLY giving us the option to spend $10 for a new avatar skin? At least let us have a recoloration of the avatar we are using(yes chromos for TFT minis). Something to add a little bit of variety and individuality, because when my demon/elementalist comp is against 4 other demon/elementalist comps and 3 Brawlibear comps, it gets real boring watching all the same exact looking teams fight.

I don't care if a skin is what makes a champion a certain type. Just tell me what type they are and let me swag them out. I will gladly pay money for that feature.

it would be way to hard, but they use specific skins to fit into team comps pirates noble exectra

It's not going to happen. They currently use skins as a method of designing class/origins on champions. Vayne, Graves and TF for example, do not use their basic skins, they use others (Archlight Vayne and pirate themed Cutpurse and Cutthroat for Graves\TF).
