50 minute queue time 0 items dropped in first 3 rounds = auto loss

So, everyone is talking about it and the consensus is pretty clear....I am all for waiting, I have other things I can do to keep busy waiting for a server. The problem is pretty simple and that's the RNG from the first 3 minion rounds.

After waiting over 45 minutes for a game, I was stoked to finally get to play TFT. Unfortunately, I received 0 items in the first three rounds whilst every opponent I faced had multiple finished items. which obviously resulted in losing every round in the first random draws. My 2nd item came from the 2nd carousel selection, but that was not a completed item. so I was unable to defeat the 1st round of chicken fights, even though I managed to kill all but 1 chicken I receive 0 items again. Result = loss in consecutive rounds and defeated in less than 10 minute.

10 minutes of game play is all and well if queue times are 3-5 minutes. But 50 minutes for 10 minutes of game play that is derailed by 0 drop rate on items seems a bit flawed. Where is the draw for someone to return to the game mode? I don't get to jump to a higher position in the serve wait line or receive any incentive to wait the 50 minutes again.

Possibly implement a requirement that players be a certain level to enter, have been on NA servers for over 24/hr to play in NA tft server, dedicate some space on summoners rift servers for tft load. Just a few ideas.

Ya the amount of items being so random is not good. When you have only your base item and someone has two and a half finished on a draven, goodnight...and then to have waited an hour to have that happen just rubs salt in it.
