This is why Hextech Debuff needs Rework.

Here's where the main problem with Hexteches lie.

  1. Even if 1 out of 7 other players have 2 Hexteches, and more than often it's 3 out of 7, you just cant stack your Champs together, it's just too risky.

  2. While you can semi-counter Hextech debuff by placing your Champs with items far from each other, it essentially opens gaps in your defenses, which can be utilized by Assassins, and not only.

  3. Elementalists. Whole point of Elementalist Buff is so that Golem will go FORWARD to tank the 1st incoming bombardment, while your team builds up mana to slaughter the enemies. Here's the problem, since you can't Stack your champs out of fear of Hexteches in a way that Golem will appear forward, Golem loses at least 50% of it's effectiveness.

  4. It essentially forces you to disperse items on many champs, which ain't optimal since you need at least 1 hyper carry in last stage of the game. And even if you manage to disperse, let's say, 3 items on 3 different champs and 3 items on your Hyper carry, you essentially depend on pure LUCK that hexteches won't steal your carry's Items. and YES, 8 SECOND means a WORLD in last fights.

  1. Item effects that activate at the start of battle are completely nullified and not worth considering any more.

Needs a complete rework. Just played a game where a few people threw in 2 hextechs just for the buff, and I got matched against them back to back to back. They all disabled my carry Shyvana (as opposed to my less-carry Gnar on the other side), and I came in 5th after steamrolling the entire first half of the game.
