Can we get a Summoner Icon for our tier 3 Little Legends

Those of us want a little more to show for our little legends once we had to spend so much for the tier 3 variant. A lot of us don't play ARAM so there is not much else to show for it. I believe it would be simple enough and bring in more revenue if riot added the summoner icon reward for achieving a tier 3 little legend.
