Question about content being added to TFT

I was wondering if a riot employee could answer me about content being added to TFT. Is there going to be a Pass for this mode like the regular game, where we could unlock little legends or evolutions. Also, would you be added a Prestige Little Legend, i have 100 points saved up for something special and a Little Legend would definitely be something id buy, i even spoke to a rioter earlier who agreed a Prestige Little Legend would be awesome. Thanks for the reply if i get one.
