Ranked RNG

how can you add a ranked mode to a game mode that based on this much rng? and then you go and make rng worse by giving some small amounts of gold while other get like 5 iems!? what is your dev team smoking !! this mode has zero balance go back to beta this isnt ready for a release let alone ranked
