Viewing Your Next Opponent-Increased Skill Cap

I've heard people mention the idea of being able to know who your next opponent is. I think this is such a great idea, in fact necessary imo. Knowing who it is, it'll feel more like a 1 on 1 matchup, you can position according to what you see they have.
And I've heard people say, both players may wait till the last micro second to move a guy, so instead make it so the last 15 seconds, you can still change positions but you can't see where the opponent is moving their champs to. Making an educated guess by seeing their tendencies and just knowing what champs they have is so much better than randomly getting an opponent.
