The intent is to provide parents with a sense of pride and accomplishment for hatching some fledglings.

Either way, a loot box, by definition, is not gambling.

You purchased a product, and received said product. The box contains, for sure, an item. The item is not cash, and the value of all possible items you can get from it is listed before hand. In general, the loot box is cheaper than anything you fould have individually purchased as well.

Its a blind bag, same as any blind bag, same as any gashapon machine, same as any card pack.

EA uses them to sell power, which is bad. That doesnt make the concept as a whole bad.

Baning loot crates altogether would mean the $.25 toy machines at stores are illegal, pokemon cards are illegal, gumball machines are illegal, blind bags are illegal, etc.

Well, at least in this case it's only cosmetics. Still shitty, but not harmful to the gameplay.

I am not gonna read every ones comments in case this was said already. its progressive. if you have that skin already it will automatically give you the next star up version of it and as far as i know. you can't get duplicates after you max out that skin.
