Gold 3 adc LF serious flex or tournament team no ragers

i'm interested in cooperating with a level headed group focused solely on improvement and growth as a group

not looking for people who are ragey and don't understand things and just react negatively,

I am an adc main who has made it to high plat almost every season since season 4 and gold before that, i would like to compete on a high gold to low plat team or play with a similar skilled flex team
