Team Pugiles Esports Looking for serious players
Ok so lets be real, some of you guys just thought, "I'm tiered of these solo queue noobs, I need to play with a team who gets me." Everyone who hangs out on the team recruitment forums knows this feeling. Sometimes you are able to get a team going. Most of the time that night is the one and only night you will play with these people.
But this team is different! This is a team that are looking to play for a long time! This is going to be a serious team. We are looking to make new friends and have a strong team. So the plan is we will play 3 days a week. I am thinking Monday, Tuesday , and Thursday playing between 7:00pm - 11:00pm (Pacific). don't want to say every day because that is unrealistic. But with a schedule, we will be able to play much more than (whenever everyone is on). Is your next birthday on a Monday? Or you just dont feel like playing? Well to bad! No, just kidding. We have a solution for that to! We will have a sub for every role to take your place.You can miss any game on any time. We will just need a 24 hour notice before game time so we can communicate with the sub and let them know. This way we (as a team) play at least 3 nights a week!
So what are we looking for? We are looking to build a serious team with not so serious players. This team will be involved in tournaments down the line so we can compete with teams all around the NA server! But more important than the competitive scene is the friendships and relationships we can build. We are looking for players who really looking for a good time ;-). At the time all positions are available. As for skill level, this does not matter so much. We are looking for people who want to improve their play and players who can take constructive criticisms from other players and or coaches.
So how do i join this team? its is quite simple. Below you will find an application. Simply fill out the application and I will be contacting you for a quick interview. But that is only step one of the 3 step process. We will then play a few games, just to see if we can mesh well together. It will be a few games. Finally, WE(as a team) will choose the team.
