Silver III looking to be in a team

So I've recently started playing ranked more often and I realized I just can't do it without a legitimate team who I can Skype and communicate with. Every game I get into, my team doesn't talk to each other or work together at all, and that needs to change. I've been losing so many games because of it and it's really annoying.

If anybody's looking for a Silver III top/mid/jg main that'd be willing to let me in and that uses Skype or TeamSpeak when playing, hit me up and I'd love to join
