Silver III Support LF Ranked 3v3 Carry To Duo With (Bronze-Gold)

Hi. I'm looking for someone who knows how to play carry in 3v3 and is around my division. I can support and will either play Leona, Annie, or Alistar. I've been having some bad luck with jungler comps and I think that the carry comp is the way to go, but every time I'm in lobby it seems like no one knows how to play carry comp.
