Need a duo partner

I am looking for a Silver ADC who has win rate of 55-60 percent who wants to climb. I am sick and tired of winning my lane against counters, EASILY, only to lose the match because our ADC has 3 kills and theirs has 19. OR being the only one on my team with a positive KDA.

So if you want a top laner main who knows how to build for the opponent, how to rotate lanes and push objectives and always buys a control ward then we should duo on a regular basis.

Every game, always some stupid ADC. Like one who builds last whisper as her 2nd item despite the enemy only having 1 tank. Or the one that insists and getting caught out alone.
