Ranked 5's Team looking for Jungler high bronze - low gold

My team's Jungler has a computer issue that seems to be long term and can not be fixed anytime soon. So, since he can not play, we are searching for a jungler to replace him! (If / when he comes back he will be a substitute, the jungler we recruit will be the primary jungler for our team)

a bit about the team first:

We will have a set schedule. The schedule is set for 3-4x a week, at 11:00pm est for at least 2 or 3 games. (allow at least 1 hour per game please)

If you want to be on this team you MUST make practices and scheduled matches and tournaments. If you fail to show up once, you will get a warning, if you fail to show up again you will be removed from the team. Exceptions will of course be made for IRL situations that require immediate attention. Which brings me to #3.

An out of game communication system will be in place and must be utilized in the event you can not make a meet / practice / match. (We use our cellphones for this, don't worry i will not spam you or anything stupid) This way we know that you aren't just dipping out on us and have an actual reason for not showing up. Keep in mind even if a IRL situation does mean you cant be in the game for a while, we may find a substitute or replace you outright if you frequently miss practice.

The first few weeks are always the roughest when joining a new team, for many reasons. (Congratulations you are still reading and now know to post the name of any kind of fruit somewhere in your application to let me know you have read this) Please do not be discouraged if we do not do well right off the bat, we will likely need a couple of weeks to learn how we all play together and what to expect from each other.

An in game voice application will be required (We use skype) And we require you to have a microphone.

Team Skype Rules: Up to champ select you can say just about anything you need/want to say provided your not being a giant dick. However once champion select begins, EVERYONE on the team must be silent while our shot caller (our ADC) figures out what kind of comp we are going to run for that match. (We had issues with people talking over each other and picking the wrong champions and stuff so this is the best way we found to keep the lines of communication clear)

While in the game, only speak if you have something important to say / game related. For example, I dont wanna hear about how teemo is a f**, i WOULD like to hear something along the lines of "hey this teemo is beating me hard i need a gank from someone."

Over all i would say this team is Casual in nature with serious intentions while in ranked.

Now that we have that out of the way, here is what we expect from you if you apply / are accepted to the team.

No raging
Sportsmanlike conduct at all times (Even in all chat)
Be open to new ideas / strategies.
Have a microphone and be able to use Skype
Any rank may apply, but we are really looking for anyone in the Bronze - Gold range
Be 18 years of age or older.
