Ranked 3s team (Currently Diamond 4 with 67.2% winrate) recruiting EXPERIENCED 3s Players

Recruiting for my 3s team to do the last push to Challenger. Roster already has solid players on it but unfortunately out scheduling doesn't line up so well any more so I'm looking to expand the roster so that there is more opportunity for games to be played. I am looking for a Top and a Bot since I am the Jungler.

I'm very strict on my recruiting process so I'm just going to explain what I am looking for so people can weed themselves out.

Age: 18+. Maybe if you are a VERY mature 16/17 year old I would consider you, but if you start whining or raging in a game I'm just going to play the match out and then kick you from the team.

Rank: Highly prefer Diamond 4+ but I would maybe consider a Plat 2 that has a good winrate and not a shit ton of games. If you are Plat 2 with a 50% winrate after 500+ games I am going to believe that your skill level is definitely at the Plat 2 level. While that may not be shitter status, it is also not what I am looking for. I have a smurf that I literally just fuck around on that is in Plat 1, so anything under that I consider to be pretty bad. If you are Plat 2 with like 200 games played and around a 60% winrate then I am going to assume that you are around the level of low Diamond but just haven't played enough games yet to get it.

I also look at last season's rank. If you were silver/gold/low plat last season and Diamond 5 this season I am not interested. I want players that have been consistently at the top, not someone that potentially got into a higher MMR than they are really at from spamming something while it was broken.

Experience: I don't really care if you have provable ranked 3s experience, but it is a plus. I DO however care about whether or not you have provable Normal 3s experience. I will check you out by going to www.lolking.net and under Statistics I will scroll down to where it says Normal 3v3. Too many people with 0 Normal wins in 3s try telling me that they mainly played 3s and only recently switched over to 5s. These people can't even tell me basic timers without a 2-3 minute delay while they search google.

If you have 1000+ wins that is a plus, but it will NOT negate any of my previous requirements. Someone with 1k+ normal wins in 3v3 but not high Plat in Solo Q will not be considered.

I'm also looking that people that join the team have functional microphones and are capable of being vocal in a game. If you are too shy to call your lane missing then I have no use for you. 3s is fast paced and constant communication is a must.
