Creating Active Ranked 3s team

Normal play times will be 6pm-10pm. Those aren't the only times I'm on or anything, but I figure most people can manage to get on at some point at those times to get a few games in. I want individuals that are looking to stay with the team for the long haul, willing to grind it a little bit each day until we hit our goal rank.
