Silver 3 Mid-Laner Looking For DUO Partner to get to Gold V

As the title states, I am Silver III and looking to glide on to Gold V with a partner. I really prefer to play mid-lane as that lane has champions who have a large impact on the game. I enjoy playing "broken" champions (Katarina / Annie) so that I can easily win ranked games at this elo.

I am looking to get to Gold V by the end of the season so I qualify for those Victorious skins that come out each season.

You will NOT need to use voice communications but I am open to using skype if it's easier for you.
